Development & Communication Intern – New Delhi

About the role

This 6‑month internship (July‑December 2026) at Business France’s New Delhi embassy supports the South‑Asia Zone Director and the Business Services team. You will split your time between communication projects and executive assistance, gaining exposure to international trade promotion.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in developing and monitoring the communication strategy for the South‑Asia zone.
• Collect key data, update dashboards and maintain communication tools.
• Create and adapt communication materials (briefs, market sheets, regulatory summaries) to promote opportunities for French companies in India.
• Edit and coordinate editorial content for publication.
• Manage relationships with internal and external service providers, ensuring quality standards.
• Provide daily support to the Zone Director: prepare briefing notes, talking points and presentation decks.
• Organise logistics for meetings, committees, webinars and events (agenda, invitations, support materials).
• Design and update PowerPoint presentations for webinars, institutional events, partner meetings and client pitches.

Required profile

• Curious and analytical mindset with strong synthesis abilities.
• Creativity and ability to produce high‑quality communication content.
• Fluency in French (required for law students) and good English proficiency.

Required skills

• Adobe Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.)
• Canva (including video editing features)
• Microsoft Office – especially PowerPoint
