Developer L3 – Software Engineer (AI for Product)

About the role

We are looking for a Developer L3 to design, develop and test software modules that meet client requirements. The role involves close collaboration with cross‑functional teams to ensure high‑quality delivery and proper documentation throughout the project lifecycle.

Key responsibilities

• Gather business process requirements by conducting workshops and discussions with client stakeholders.
• Develop and deliver code for assigned modules, ensuring proper integration with existing system components.
• Execute testing, validate functionality, and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) sessions.
• Perform root‑cause analysis to identify and resolve bugs and errors.
• Participate in implementation and integration of the software application with other systems.
• Prepare detailed project documentation, including reports, flowcharts, diagrams and well‑commented code.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to verify system compatibility and meet quality standards.

Required profile

• 3–5 years of experience in software development and testing.
• Proven ability to work with clients to gather and translate requirements.
• Experience participating in UAT and implementation activities.
• Strong documentation and communication skills.
