Desktop Technician – IT Support

About the role

Enovis is seeking a Desktop Technician to join its IT team in Hyderabad. You will provide end‑user support for desktop, mobile, and conferencing equipment, ensuring smooth operation of the company’s technology environment.

Key responsibilities

• Provide onsite technical support for enterprise computers, printers, mobile devices, telephones and network connectivity.
• Install, configure, and de‑provision end‑user computing devices during onboarding and offboarding.
• Diagnose, repair, maintain and upgrade PC hardware and software.
• Set up, test, break down and maintain video and audio conferencing systems.
• Participate in the IT Service Desk, troubleshooting issues in person, by phone or email.
• Assist with technology aspects of office moves and build‑outs.

Required profile

• Proven experience delivering onsite desktop support.
• Strong customer‑service orientation and ability to communicate technical information clearly.
• Ability to work independently and as part of an IT team.

Required skills

• PC hardware assembly, troubleshooting and repair.
• Windows operating system administration.
• Printer and mobile device configuration.
• Video‑conferencing equipment setup and maintenance.
• Basic network connectivity troubleshooting.
