Desktop Support Engineer – On-site (Mumbai)

About the role
We are looking for a proactive Desktop Support Engineer to join our Mumbai team. In this full‑time, on‑site position you will provide end‑user support, maintain hardware assets and ensure smooth operation of printers and peripherals for both internal staff and external clients.
Key responsibilities
- Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues on desktop computers.
- Install, configure, and upgrade PC hardware and operating systems.
- Provide printer support, including troubleshooting, maintenance and consumable replacement.
- Deliver remote assistance to clients using standard remote‑control tools.
- Perform on‑site visits to customer offices when required.
- Maintain accurate documentation of incidents and resolutions.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science or related field (preferred).
- Hands‑on experience in technical support and troubleshooting.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast‑paced environment.
- Relevant certifications such as CompTIA A+ or ITIL are a plus.
