Desktop Support Engineer (L1) – 1+ Years Experience

About the role

We are looking for a Desktop Support Engineer (L1) to join our client’s IT team in Kochi. The role focuses on ensuring smooth operation of desktops, laptops and related peripherals for end‑users.

Key responsibilities

• Install, configure and maintain desktops, laptops and peripheral devices.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software and network issues both on‑site and remotely.
• Manage user accounts, permissions and perform routine patch and update deployments.
• Maintain security solutions, including antivirus and endpoint protection.
• Document incidents and resolutions using ticketing tools.
• Support day‑to‑day IT operations while adhering to company policies.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year of experience in desktop support or a similar role.
• Good communication skills and ability to work under a short notice period (15 days).
• Immediate joiner preferred.
