About the role

OLIVER is seeking a motivated Designer to join its Mumbai team. You will work closely with leading brands to create stunning, effective digital content and campaigns that align with sustainability and purpose‑driven strategies.

Key responsibilities

• Design and deliver high‑quality visuals for websites, e‑commerce pages (A+ and Shopalyst) and social media channels.
• Manage the full design lifecycle from concept through execution, ensuring adherence to brand guidelines.
• Develop a deep understanding of target audiences and client marketing strategies to produce impactful designs.
• Pitch creative solutions that respond to marketing briefs and strategies.
• Prepare final files that meet all output specifications.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience working with beauty and BPC (beauty, personal care) brands.
• Strong sense of layout, typography and idea generation.
• Ability to own projects from concept to completion.
• Passionate about creating beautiful, smart and effective design solutions.

Required skills

• Expertise in digital design for e‑commerce and social media.
• Proficiency in translating brand guidelines into visual assets.
• Understanding of audience insights and marketing strategy.
