Designer

About the role

We are seeking a talented Designer to join Anand Prakash. The ideal candidate will have a strong eye for detail, a passion for craft and materials, and the ability to translate ideas into refined products, packaging, catalogues, and visual stories across stationery, gifting, and lifestyle categories.

Key responsibilities

• Conceptualise and develop designs for stationery, home décor, desk accessories, corporate gifts and lifestyle products.
• Create product stories, mood boards, sketches, layouts, renderings and presentations to communicate design ideas.
• Design luxury product catalogues, client presentations, packaging layouts and visual communication in collaboration with sales and design teams.
• Research materials, craft techniques, production processes, finishes and design trends relevant to the brand.
• Coordinate with artisans, vendors and production teams to ensure design intent is realised.
• Participate in brainstorming sessions, design reviews and collection planning.
• Support the creation of custom products and corporate gifting concepts for reputed clients and institutions.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Design or a related field.
• 3–4 years of experience in product, lifestyle, graphic or packaging design.
• Strong sense of aesthetics, typography, composition, colour and detailing.
• Interest in craft, heritage, handmade products, stationery and gifting.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast‑paced, deadline‑driven environment.
• Portfolio showcasing design projects, craftsmanship and attention to detail.
