Designer (Digital & E‑commerce)

About the role

OLIVER is seeking a digitally‑focused Designer to join its Mumbai studio. You will work closely with leading brands to create beautiful, effective content and digital media campaigns that align with sustainability and purpose‑driven strategies.

Key responsibilities

• Produce innovative designs for client websites, e‑commerce (A+ and Shopalyst) pages, and social‑media channels.
• Own the full design lifecycle, from concept development through to final execution.
• Develop a deep understanding of target audiences and client marketing strategies to deliver high‑impact visual solutions.
• Pitch creative concepts that respond to marketing briefs and brand guidelines.
• Prepare and manage final deliverables, ensuring they meet correct output specifications.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience working with beauty and BPC (beauty, personal care) brands.
• Strong conceptual thinking with a passion for layout, typography, and idea generation.
• Ability to take ownership of projects from brief to completion.
• Consistent record of interpreting client needs and delivering high‑quality designs.
