Design Validation & V&V Consultant (3DEXPERIENCE)

About the role

We are looking for a Consultant to lead the implementation of Design Validation and Verification & Validation (V&V) processes on the 3DEXPERIENCE platform. You will work closely with engineering, simulation, testing, quality, manufacturing and PLM teams to establish end‑to‑end validation workflows that ensure product compliance and readiness for release.

Key responsibilities

• Configure and support design review, simulation validation, physical test validation, issue tracking and approval management workflows.
• Establish traceability between requirements, CAD models, product structures, simulation models, test cases, validation results and release decisions.
• Define and govern validation processes for mechanical, electrical, embedded and multi‑disciplinary product development.
• Enable integrated validation using ENOVIA, CATIA, SIMULIA, Requirements Management and 3DEXPERIENCE dashboards.
• Develop V&V dashboards, KPI reports and status trackers for program visibility.
• Support virtual validation through structural, thermal, durability, vibration, CFD and multiphysics analysis.
• Coordinate simulation and physical test evidence to support design sign‑off and compliance readiness.
• Conduct workshops, capture validation requirements and produce functional specifications, process flows and training materials.

Required profile

• Proven experience in implementing validation and V&V processes within a PLM environment.
• Strong ability to work cross‑functionally with engineering, quality and manufacturing teams.
• Excellent analytical and documentation skills for traceability and governance.
• Experience leading workshops and delivering training on validation workflows.
