About the role
Goken is seeking a Design Engineer II with strong experience in automotive plastics and sheet‑metal design using NX. The role focuses on creating efficient layouts for mobility systems while meeting performance targets.
Key responsibilities
- Apply engineering principles to develop system layouts for mobility applications.
- Develop detailed NX layouts that accommodate part packaging and ensure performance goals are met.
- Perform solid and surface modeling in NX with a focus on manufacturing feasibility.
- Identify and implement methods to improve efficiency, leverage new technologies, and reduce design and part costs.
Required profile
- BE/B‑Tech in Engineering with 5–7 years of relevant industry experience.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Required skills
- NX – solid and surface modeling.
- 3‑D modeling using NX.
- Automotive plastics and sheet‑metal design expertise.
