Design Drafter – CAD/Revit Draftsman (Goa)

About the role

We are seeking a Design Drafter to join our fast‑growing startup in Goa. The role involves creating accurate 2D and 3D drawings, performing quantity take‑offs, and supporting engineering and site teams. You will work on shop drawings, revisions, as‑built documentation, and help ensure designs are practical and buildable.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and deliver 2D/3D drawings, including shop, fabrication, and as‑built drawings.
• Perform quantity take‑offs (BOQ) from drawings and compile data in Excel.
• Coordinate with engineering, planning, and site teams to align drawings with execution requirements.
• Maintain version control, update revisions, and resolve drawing discrepancies.
• Identify and resolve clashes or missing details before construction.
• Support procurement and cost estimation with accurate material specifications.
• Ensure compliance with project standards, codes, and internal drafting protocols.

Required profile

• 2–3 years of drafting experience, preferably in the construction sector.
• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
• Based in Goa or willing to work onsite in Goa.

Required skills

• Proficiency in CAD software.
• Strong knowledge of Revit.
• Advanced use of MS Office, especially Excel.
