Design Community Manager

About the role

Materialogue is India's first material discovery and management platform for architects and interior designers. As a Design Community Manager you will be the voice of our designer community, helping shape the product and fostering strong relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Build and nurture relationships with architects and interior designers.
• Conduct product demos, onboard new users and gather feedback.
• Collaborate with Product and Development teams to improve the platform.
• Coordinate with material brands to ensure timely responses to enquiries and quotations.
• Test new features from a user‑experience perspective.
• Research emerging materials, products and industry trends.
• Drive community engagement through content, events and educational initiatives.

Required profile

• Experience or strong understanding of architecture, interior design, construction materials or related fields.
• Excellent communication and people skills; confident and articulate.
• Organised, proactive, curious and problem‑solver.
• Interest in technology and desire to grow into a leadership role.
• Degree in Architecture or Interior Design preferred but not mandatory; relevant industry experience is key.
