Design Communications Manager

About the role

We are seeking a Design Communications Manager to turn completed projects into compelling stories that reach a wide audience. You will work closely with our design team to document, package, and showcase our work across digital platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Manage Instagram, LinkedIn, Behance, website and other relevant platforms.
• Document project progress, behind‑the‑scenes moments and finished spaces.
• Build project narratives and create content for social media and publications.
• Coordinate photography, videography and other project assets.
• Prepare and submit projects for design publications and awards.
• Keep the website and portfolio up‑to‑date.
• Create and maintain a content calendar across platforms.
• Write captions, project descriptions, case studies and publication submissions.
• Track ongoing projects to ensure timely storytelling.

Required profile

• Strong visual sense and ability to tell design stories.
• Excellent writing skills without sounding like a press release.
• Familiarity with Instagram, LinkedIn, Behance and digital portfolios.
• Highly organized and able to manage multiple deadlines.
• Proactive attitude – you spot and document valuable moments without prompting.
• Interest in architecture, interiors, hospitality, branding or the broader design world.
• Comfortable coordinating with photographers, publications and internal teams.
