Deputy Manager – Working Capital Operations

About the role

The Deputy Manager – Working Capital Operations will oversee the end‑to‑end processing of working capital products, ensuring compliance with legal, regulatory and internal standards. This role supports loan disbursement, collateral management and post‑disbursement monitoring for wholesale and commercial portfolios.

Key responsibilities

• Verify executed legal documents against the Documentation Grid and sanction letters/term sheets.
• Ensure stamp duty compliance as per the Legal Stamp Duty Grid.
• Maintain limits, collateral records and CERSAI charge creation/release for mortgages, hypothecations and intangible assets.
• Update PSL for CCOD products and coordinate insurance policy maintenance with the centralized desk.
• Prepare and release disbursement advice, limit loading instructions to Treasury and CMS teams.
• Manage post‑disbursement insertions, deferral closures and track conditions in DRS.
• Hand over files and dockets, including title deeds, to the Document Management Team and obtain acknowledgements.
• Liaise with auditors, resolve audit queries and produce daily MIS reports.
• Confirm release of property documents and ensure signatory compliance.

Required profile

• Proven experience in working capital products and operations.
• Strong understanding of legal documentation, collateral and CERSAI processes.
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholder interactions, including auditors and internal teams.
• Detail‑oriented with a focus on regulatory compliance and accurate reporting.
