Deputy Manager - Reporting & MIS

About the role

The Deputy Manager – Reporting & MIS will lead statutory and group financial reporting for the organization, ensuring compliance with Indian and IFRS standards. This role oversees audit processes, risk analysis, and internal control effectiveness while supporting senior management and board reporting.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and file statutory financial reports on a quarterly and annual basis, coordinating with external auditors such as Deloitte.
• Manage group reporting for BASF subsidiaries, including GL monitoring, MIS preparation, and consolidation.
• Conduct limited reviews and audits, ensuring quality, timeliness, and adherence to internal controls.
• Support board meetings, AGM, analyst briefings and corporate governance documentation.
• Handle risk management analysis and presentation for senior leadership.
• Maintain and improve internal controls over financial reporting in collaboration with the hub.
• Provide non‑trade portal support and assist with financial statement reviews.

Required profile

• Chartered Accountant qualification.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in finance, preferably with MNCs or Big‑4 audit firms.
• Strong knowledge of Indian Companies Act, Listing Agreement, IFRS and related regulations.
• Proven ability to manage complex reporting cycles and audit liaison.
