Deputy Manager / Manager – Industrial Applications

About the role

As a Deputy Manager / Manager in Industrial Applications, you will drive business development for new sectors and technologies within Bosch Rexroth India. You will work closely with customers, sales teams and internal functions to deliver hydraulic solutions from concept to delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Visit customers to generate RFQs for new hydraulic products and testing technologies.
• Troubleshoot hydraulic systems during commissioning and provide on‑site technical support.
• Prepare techno‑commercial proposals, schematics, BOMs and cost sheets for pre‑order activities.
• Manage post‑order technical documentation, obtain customer approvals and ensure smooth project hand‑over.
• Conduct market intelligence, assess business potential and define long‑term go‑to‑market strategies.
• Develop new technical solutions, applications and coordinate with cross‑functional teams, business units and vendors.

Required profile

• Dynamic professional with strong business development mindset.
• Experience in industrial hydraulic applications and customer liaison.
• Ability to assess risks, qualify opportunities and drive technical negotiations.
