Deputy Manager – Customer Connect

About the role

The Deputy Manager – Customer Connect is the primary point of contact for customers after they have completed the registration of their unit. This role ensures a smooth handover process, drives customer satisfaction, and coordinates with internal teams to meet the agreed handover date.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate the handover of the unit to the customer post‑registration.
• Identify and assess customer needs to achieve high satisfaction levels.
• Work closely with CRM, CCS, and Projects departments to ensure the unit is ready for handover on the customer‑chosen date.
• Prepare and deliver all handover documentation to the customer.
• Document all communications in the system and ensure timely snag rectification.
• Collect and analyse C‑Sat survey results.
• Follow established communication procedures, guidelines, and policies.
• Go the extra mile to engage and support customers.

Required profile

• Knowledge of real estate, hospitality, or other customer‑facing roles.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to collaborate with cross‑functional teams to meet deadlines.
