Deputy Manager - Corporate Communication

About the role

We are looking for a Deputy Manager to lead corporate communication and digital media initiatives for AAHL and its network of eight airports. The role combines strategic planning, content creation, and stakeholder coordination to strengthen brand visibility and reputation.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement a digital media communication strategy aligned with business and brand objectives.
• Manage social media channels (LinkedIn, Instagram, Sprinklr, etc.), including content calendar planning and campaign execution.
• Create compelling brand narratives, digital content, and leadership communications.
• Lead digital campaigns, working with agencies to boost brand and employer branding.
• Coordinate integrated campaigns with internal stakeholders and external agencies.
• Maintain budgets, ensuring prudent utilization and governance.
• Support media relations, PR initiatives, and reputation management.
• Monitor digital performance metrics and analytics to optimise communication strategies.
• Ensure consistent brand identity and messaging across all platforms.

Required profile

• 5–8 years of experience in corporate communications, branding or digital roles.
• Background in marketing, design or media, preferably within a corporate or large‑scale aviation/infrastructure environment.
• MBA / PGDM in Communications, Marketing or equivalent qualification.

Required skills

• Proficiency with social media platforms and management tools (LinkedIn, Instagram, Sprinklr).
• Experience using digital analytics tools such as Google Analytics and campaign dashboards.
• Working knowledge of design software (Adobe Creative Suite, Canva).
• Familiarity with content management systems and publishing tools.
• Knowledge of media monitoring and social listening tools.
