Demand Planner

About the role

The PS Category Operations Team at HP drives worldwide demand forecasting for Personal Systems products. As a Demand Planner you will focus on the Desktop Thin Clients portfolio, loading forecasts and aligning them with fiscal and calendar shipment goals while minimizing excess and obsolescence.

Key responsibilities

• Load and maintain demand plans for assigned product families.
• Align forecasts with fiscal and calendar quarter shipment targets.
• Synchronise demand plans with product life‑cycle stages.
• Manage connect rates for key components and sub‑assemblies.
• Ensure high forecast accuracy while supporting broader category initiatives.

Required profile

• Four‑year degree or equivalent experience in Supply Chain Management, Manufacturing Engineering, Operations Management, Business Administration or related field.
• Proven experience in a complex global supply‑chain environment delivering manufactured products.
• Strong analytical ability to work with large data sets.
• Excellent communication skills for stakeholder management across product marketing and business management.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
