Delivery Rider – Pune

About the role

Zomato is expanding its delivery network in Pune and needs reliable riders to pick up orders from designated restaurants and deliver them to customers using the Zomato app for navigation and order tracking. This on‑the‑ground role is ideal for individuals who enjoy staying active and prefer field work over desk jobs.

Key responsibilities

• Collect orders from assigned restaurants promptly.
• Deliver orders to customers, ensuring correct address and order integrity.
• Handle basic payment collection where applicable.
• Maintain delivery gear and vehicle in good condition.
• Update order status in real time via the Zomato app.
• Report any issues such as wrong addresses, damaged items, or delays through the app.
• Communicate courteously with customers and confirm order details before departure.

Required profile

• Valid driving licence.
• PAN card.
• Good communication skills.
• Willingness to work flexible shifts.
• Age 18 or older.
• Basic knowledge of local routes in Pune.
