About the role
Zomato is expanding its delivery fleet in Pune and needs reliable riders to pick up orders from designated restaurants and deliver them to customers using the Zomato app for navigation and order tracking.
Key responsibilities
- Handle order handovers and basic payment collection where applicable.
- Pick up orders promptly from designated restaurants.
- Maintain real‑time order status in the delivery app.
- Report any issues such as wrong addresses, order damage, or delays through the app.
- Keep delivery gear and vehicle in good working condition.
- Communicate courteously and professionally with customers.
Required profile
- Valid driving licence.
- PAN card.
- Good communication skills.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts.
- Age 18 or older.
- Basic knowledge of local routes in Pune.

- Base earnings of ₹24,000–₹33,000 per month.
