Delivery Operations Senior Analyst

About the role

You will join Accenture's Finance Operations vertical as a Delivery Operations Senior Analyst, responsible for determining financial outcomes by gathering operational data, conducting analysis, and reconciling transactions. The role focuses on financial planning, reporting, variance analysis, budgeting, and forecasting to support key business decisions.

Key responsibilities

• Collect and analyse operational data and reports to support financial outcomes.
• Perform period‑end close activities and ensure accurate reconciliation of transactions.
• Manage annual planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes.
• Develop and maintain financial reports, metrics, and performance dashboards.
• Provide variance analysis and scenario modeling for P&L, balance sheet, and cash‑flow statements.
• Collaborate with peers, clients, and management, often with minimal supervision.
• Potentially oversee a small team or work effort and adapt to rotational or night shifts.

Required profile

• Domain expertise in Controllership/Core finance (RTR) or FP&A.
• 5‑8 years of experience with period‑end close, budgeting, and forecasting.
• Strong understanding of P&L, balance sheet, and cash‑flow statements.
• Knowledge of IFRS 15 & 16 and general accounting principles.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a 3rd‑party culture and flexible shift schedules.
