Delivery Operations Senior Analyst

About the role

Accenture is seeking a Delivery Operations Senior Analyst to join its Finance Operations vertical. You will help determine financial outcomes by gathering operational data, performing analysis, and reconciling transactions while supporting budgeting, forecasting and variance reporting.

Key responsibilities

• Collect and analyse operational data to produce financial reports and metrics.
• Perform period‑end close activities, variance analysis, budgeting and forecasting.
• Reconcile transactions and ensure accuracy of P&L, balance sheet and cash‑flow statements.
• Interact daily with internal peers and occasionally with clients or senior management.
• Work with minimal supervision on routine tasks and moderate guidance on new assignments.
• Potentially oversee a small team or work effort and may be required to work rotational or night shifts.

Required profile

• Domain expertise in Controllership, Core Finance (RTR) or FP&A.
• 5‑8 years of experience in period‑end close, budgeting and forecasting.
• Strong understanding of P&L, balance sheet and cash‑flow statements.
• Knowledge of accounting principles and basic IFRS 15 & 16.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a third‑party culture and adapt to flexible or night shift schedules.
