Delivery Operations Senior Analyst

About the role

The Delivery Operations Senior Analyst will join Accenture's Finance Operations vertical, supporting financial outcomes by gathering operational data, performing analysis, and reconciling transactions. The role focuses on financial planning, reporting, variance analysis, budgeting and forecasting to guide strategic decisions.

Key responsibilities

• Collect and validate operational data for financial reporting.
• Conduct variance analysis, budgeting and forecasting cycles.
• Prepare and present financial reports and performance metrics.
• Support period‑end close activities and ensure accurate P&L, balance sheet, and cash‑flow statements.
• Develop scenario models and performance dashboards using Power BI and SAP tools.

Required profile

• 5‑8 years of experience in Controllership, RTR or FP&A.
• Proven experience with period‑end close and annual budgeting/forecasting.
• Strong understanding of P&L, balance sheet, and cash‑flow statements.
• Knowledge of IFRS 15 & 16 accounting standards.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Willingness to work flexible or night shifts in a 3rd‑party culture.
