Delivery Manager

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Delivery Manager to drive the successful delivery of strategic technology initiatives across our global engineering teams. You will own the delivery lifecycle from planning through execution, ensuring projects are delivered on time, with high quality and predictable outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Define, document and continuously improve the team’s delivery cadence, including sprint length, ceremonies and reporting rhythm.
• Own stage‑gate criteria, enforce them, and track exceptions when gates are bypassed.
• Build data‑driven delivery plans using backlog sizing, velocity history and risk assessments, and re‑forecast regularly.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for delivery status, managing cross‑team dependencies, blockers and resource conflicts.
• Maintain and evolve delivery process documentation, run retrospectives and implement pragmatic process improvements.

Required profile

• 8+ years of experience in Delivery Manager, Scrum Master, Program Manager or Technical Project Manager roles, preferably across multiple teams.
• Proven ability to run Agile/Scrum (or Kanban/hybrid) delivery cadences end‑to‑end and hold process/quality gates under deadline pressure.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, comfortable presenting status, risk and trade‑offs to senior leadership.

• Story‑point estimation, velocity tracking and delivery forecasting
• Jira and Confluence (or equivalent) for delivery tooling and reporting
• Postman and Datadog for technical testing and monitoring
