Delivery Executive

About the role

Bylukz is expanding its quick‑commerce network in Perinthalmanna and needs motivated Delivery Executives to ensure orders reach customers safely and on time. You will represent the brand while providing a friendly, professional experience for every delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Pick up orders from the assigned Bylukz location and deliver them promptly.
• Follow and optimise assigned routes, using navigation apps to minimise travel time.
• Handle packages carefully, verify order contents, and ensure correct items reach the customer.
• Communicate delivery updates or issues professionally with customers.
• Collect payments when required and follow company payment procedures.
• Maintain accurate delivery records via the Bylukz app.
• Observe traffic regulations, safety guidelines, and company policies.
• Keep the delivery vehicle in good working condition and report any issues.

Required profile

• Valid Android smartphone.
• Own a legally cleared vehicle suitable for deliveries and a valid driving licence.
• Good knowledge of Perinthalmanna and surrounding areas (preferred).
• Strong communication and customer‑service skills.
• Responsible, punctual, reliable and able to work independently.
• Male or female candidates; full‑time and part‑time options available.
