About the role

Zomato is looking for enthusiastic Delivery Boys to join its team in Guntur. This entry‑level position is ideal for freshers who enjoy independent work and want to ensure customers receive their meals quickly and with a smile.

Key responsibilities

• Pick up food orders from partner restaurants and deliver them to customers.
• Ensure accurate and timely delivery, enhancing customer satisfaction.
• Communicate order status and any issues to customers.
• Maintain delivery records and collect payments when required.
• Follow traffic rules, safety guidelines, and keep the delivery vehicle clean.
• Report delivery problems or feedback to management promptly.
• Collaborate with restaurant partners for smooth operations.

Required profile

• Valid Aadhar Card and PAN Card.
• Driving License (or Learner's License) and a personal bike or vehicle.
• Bank account for salary processing.
• Good communication skills in English or local languages.
• Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
• Minimum education: 10th grade or above.
