About the role

Flipkart is looking for energetic Delivery Boys to join its Bhagalpur Division. You will be a key part of the e‑commerce logistics chain, ensuring parcels reach customers on time while representing the brand with professionalism.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver packages to designated addresses across Bhagalpur efficiently.
• Maintain high standards of customer service and professionalism on each delivery.
• Follow safety protocols and traffic regulations to secure deliveries.
• Keep accurate records of deliveries, payments, and any issues.
• Collaborate with the team to optimise routes and improve efficiency.
• Inspect parcels for damage and handle them with care.
• Communicate delivery updates to customers and resolve issues promptly.
• Report any delivery‑related challenges to management.
• Ensure the delivery vehicle is clean and well‑maintained.
• Assist in tracking schedules and managing routes.

Required profile

• 0‑5 years of experience as a delivery rider or in a similar role.
• Valid two‑wheeler licence and ownership of a reliable two‑wheeler.
• Familiarity with local routes in Bhagalpur.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Reliability, punctuality and a commitment to excellent customer service.
• Basic knowledge of delivery documentation and cash handling.
