Delivery Associate – Laundry Pickup & Delivery

About the role
We are seeking a reliable Delivery Associate to manage the pickup and delivery of laundry orders in Electronic City Phase 1, Bengaluru. You will ensure garments reach customers on time while providing courteous service and maintaining high standards of care.
Key responsibilities
- Collect laundry orders from customers and deliver them to the processing centre safely and punctually.
- Coordinate pickup and delivery schedules with customers, confirming timings and addressing any changes.
- Maintain accurate delivery records and update order status in the company system.
- Follow company procedures for handling garments, ensuring they are protected during transport.
- Adhere to delivery guidelines and traffic regulations while using the provided company bike.
Required profile
- Fluent in English (mandatory); knowledge of Hindi or Kannada is a plus.
- Valid driving license.
- Freshers are welcome; willingness to learn and deliver excellent customer service.
- Immediate joiners preferred.

What we offer
- Monthly salary between ₹15,000 and ₹20,000.
