About the role
The Delivery Agent is responsible for transporting and delivering goods, packages, or food items to customers across New Delhi. The role requires punctuality, safe handling of products, and a courteous attitude toward customers.
Key responsibilities
- Timely delivery of orders to customers.
- Ensuring order accuracy and safe handling of goods.
- Collecting payments where required.
- Providing courteous customer service.
- Maintaining delivery records and vehicle upkeep.
Required profile
- Minimum 10th grade education (preferred).
- Valid driving license and own two‑wheel vehicle.
- Punctual, reliable and able to navigate city routes.
- Good communication and customer‑service attitude.
- Availability to work full‑time shifts.
