Décor Sales Officer – Executive N – Nashik

About the role

The Décor Sales Officer will lead the sales team of a home décor showroom in Nashik, ensuring the store meets its gross merchandise value (GMV) and revenue targets while delivering an exceptional customer experience. Reporting directly to store management, the officer acts as the single point of contact for all sales‑related operations.

Key responsibilities

• Drive sales performance through effective coaching and supervision of store staff.
• Achieve store‑level GMV and revenue goals, monitoring customer conversion indexes.
• Generate on‑ground demand and execute promotional activities.
• Maintain dealer health records, coordinate issue resolution, and manage dealer accounts for product lines such as Sleek, Bath, UPVC, and WT.
• Serve as the primary liaison for order servicing and operational issues.
• Ensure store hygiene standards and overall operational excellence.
• Leverage digital tools to enhance the customer journey and conversion rates.
• Oversee team training, grooming, and recruitment in partnership with the central training team.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a senior salesperson in a home‑decor showroom.
• Ability to manage multiple customers across different stages of the sales cycle.
• Strong negotiation, organization, and time‑management capabilities.
