About the role

The Dean of the School of Business will serve as the chief academic and administrative leader, driving the institution toward global market dominance. This visionary position requires balancing rigorous UGC compliance with the standards of world‑class business schools.

Key responsibilities

• Ensure all programmes (BBA, Masters, EMBA, PhD) exceed global benchmarks and maintain UGC compliance.
• Lead accreditation efforts for AACSB, EQUIS, and AMBA and improve rankings in QS and Financial Times.
• Foster a high‑impact research culture, increasing H‑index, citation metrics, and patent activity.
• Develop and execute a 5‑year strategic roadmap, manage the budget, and create new revenue streams through executive education and consulting.
• Expand the Industry Advisory Board with Fortune 500 C‑suite executives and guarantee graduates’ Day‑One readiness.

Required profile

• Ph.D. in a business‑related discipline from a globally recognised university.
• Eligibility for full Professor rank with at least 15 years of teaching/research/administrative experience, including 10 years as a Professor.
• Strong research record with high H‑index and publications in top‑tier international journals.
• Proven senior leadership experience as Dean, Associate Dean, or Department Head.
