Data Scientist – Predictive Modeling & Big Data

About the role

We are looking for a Data Scientist who thrives on learning, data, scale, and agility. You will work closely with cross‑functional teams to turn complex data sets into actionable business insights and scalable predictive solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze raw data, assess quality, cleanse and structure it for downstream processing.
• Design, develop, and validate accurate and scalable prediction algorithms.
• Collaborate with engineering to move analytical prototypes into production environments.
• Generate clear, actionable insights that drive business improvements.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a quantitative field such as Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Engineering, etc.
• 1–2 years of experience in quantitative analytics, data modeling, or related roles.
• Strong understanding of predictive modeling, machine‑learning, clustering, and classification techniques.

Required skills

• Proficiency in at least one programming language (Python, C, C++, Java, SQL).
• Familiarity with Big Data frameworks (Cassandra, Hadoop, Spark).
• Experience with data visualization tools (Tableau).
