Data Scientist – Customer Care EMEA Analytics

About the role

We are seeking a Data Scientist to lead Customer Care data analysis for the EMEA region. The role will manage data collection, reporting and KPI tracking, while driving continuous improvement in data capture and analysis using CRM and Power BI tools.

Key responsibilities

• Proactively analyse data, identify trends, anticipate risks and opportunities, and deliver actionable insights to department leaders.
• Collect, organise and maintain large datasets from multiple sources, ensuring accuracy and integrity.
• Apply statistical methods and data‑mining techniques to extract valuable insights and trends.
• Create and present data reports and visualisations that communicate findings to both technical and non‑technical stakeholders.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams including IT, marketing and finance to support business objectives.
• Conduct regular data audits and validations to uphold high‑quality standards and compliance with data‑governance policies.

Required profile

• Expertise in Excel and Power BI with programming capabilities.
• Proficiency with a CRM system at the Administrator level (certificate or minimum three years hands‑on experience).
• Strong planning, multitasking and time‑management abilities.
• Self‑motivated, creative, collaborative and comfortable in a fast‑paced environment.
• Excellent analytical mindset, attention to detail and a team‑player attitude.
• Outstanding problem‑resolution, written and verbal communication skills.
• Data‑driven approach with a passion for data mining and translating customer problems into analytical solutions.
