About the role

NxtWave is seeking a passionate Data Scientist and Instructor to design high‑quality assessments and learning experiences for its Data Science, Machine Learning, and AI programs. The role blends deep technical expertise with a talent for teaching and assessment design, aiming to boost learner readiness for real‑world hiring.

Key responsibilities

• Develop industry‑aligned evaluation content that mirrors technical interview standards.
• Collaborate with curriculum teams, subject‑matter experts, and product stakeholders to create practical, engaging assessments.
• Continuously update assessment materials to reflect evolving AI/ML trends and employer expectations.
• Provide mentorship and instructional support to learners throughout the program.

Required profile

• 1–4 years of professional experience in Data Science, Machine Learning, AI, or technical content development.
• Strong ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear, assessable learning outcomes.
• Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
