Data Scientist – Analytics & Predictive Modeling

About the role

We are looking for a Data Scientist who loves learning, data, scale and agility. In this role you will partner with business and engineering teams to turn complex data sets into actionable insights that drive revenue growth and operational efficiency.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze raw data, assess quality, cleanse and structure it for downstream processing.
• Design, develop and validate accurate, scalable predictive algorithms.
• Collaborate with engineering to move analytical prototypes into production environments.
• Work closely with business stakeholders to define metrics, build dashboards and generate insights for strategic decisions.
• Lead analytics projects that deliver incremental revenue, cost reductions or efficiency gains.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of professional experience in data analytics or data science.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics or a related quantitative field.
• Proven ability to translate business problems into analytical solutions and communicate findings.

Required skills

• Python, SAS or R for data analysis and modeling.
• SQL for data extraction and transformation.
• Basic data‑modeling knowledge.
• Statistical modeling techniques.
• Experience with visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI.
