Data Scientist (AI/ML)

About the role

We are looking for a Data Scientist who will transform complex facility data into actionable AI models that improve building management, sustainability and efficiency. The role spans the full AI lifecycle—from feasibility studies and architecture design to production deployment—working closely with product, development and architecture teams.

Key responsibilities

• Design and build AI solutions including traditional ML, Generative AI, and agentic architectures, deployed on Azure, AWS and on‑premise environments.
• Develop end‑to‑end pipelines covering data ingestion, model training, evaluation and production deployment.
• Collaborate with product teams to translate business problems into concrete AI/ML solutions and with engineers to operationalise them.
• Drive the AI roadmap by conducting feasibility studies, evaluating emerging technologies and identifying high‑value AI opportunities.
• Raise AI standards across the organisation by evangelising best practices, delivering trainings, mentoring junior data scientists and ensuring responsible AI governance.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of hands‑on experience in AI/ML, including work with Generative AI, LLMs, RAG, embeddings, prompt engineering and agent orchestration.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field; an advanced degree is a plus.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with cross‑functional teams.
