Data Scientist – Advanced Analytics & AI

About the role

Bosch is looking for four Data Scientists to join its Bengaluru centre. You will work closely with business stakeholders to turn data into actionable insights and build AI‑driven solutions that support automotive, manufacturing and supply‑chain domains.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with multiple business units to identify data‑driven opportunities.
• Mine and analyse large data sets using advanced statistical methods.
• Design, develop and customise machine‑learning and AI algorithms to meet specific customer requirements.
• Create reusable AI/ML models that can be scaled across different business lines.
• Translate analytical findings into clear, actionable recommendations.
• Partner with product and engineering leaders throughout the project lifecycle.
• Ensure data capture and define analytic needs early in the project.
• Develop and maintain dashboards (e.g., PowerBI) to visualise model outcomes for end users.

Required profile

• Master’s degree from a recognised Indian institute in Statistics, Machine Learning, AI, Computer Science or a related field.
• 2–5 years of professional experience in data science or analytics.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to present data stories to audiences at all levels.
• Experience in automotive or manufacturing analytics is a plus.
