Data Science Manager – Salesforce & AI Solutions

About the role

Mastercard is seeking a Manager, Data Scientist to lead the design and delivery of Salesforce, analytics and AI‑enabled solutions. You will work closely with business stakeholders to translate strategic goals into data‑driven initiatives that enhance customer experiences and operational efficiency.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the end‑to‑end design, configuration, testing and deployment of Salesforce, analytics and AI solutions.
• Partner with stakeholders to define requirements, deliverables and project road‑maps.
• Optimize Salesforce workflows, integrations, reporting and security in line with business strategy.
• Integrate AI capabilities such as predictive models, generative AI and automation into core processes.
• Develop and maintain dashboards, reports and analytics to support decision‑making.
• Provide technical guidance, ensure data governance, quality and compliance.
• Manage cross‑functional relationships and support Level 2 user requests.

Required profile

• 5–8 years of experience in Salesforce administration, business analysis, project management and analytics.
• Hands‑on experience with Salesforce preferred.
• Strong understanding of data modeling and AI/ML business applications.
• Ability to lead teams, coach staff and communicate complex concepts clearly.
