Data Product Manager (Hyderabad)

About the role

Inspire Brands is building a data‑driven foundation for its restaurant portfolio. The Data Product Manager will own the end‑to‑end data product lifecycle, turning raw data from multiple sources into clean, consumable assets that power reporting, analytics and data‑science models.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with Marketing, Analytics, Data Science, Operations and Engineering to identify data‑related problems and define product solutions.
• Lead cross‑functional planning, including PI sessions, to prioritize work and keep stakeholders informed.
• Define, document and prioritize initiatives and epics, providing clear context for engineering delivery.
• Translate the overall data strategy into a detailed roadmap of capabilities, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
• Design and oversee data ingestion, transformation, loading and presentation pipelines, handling large volumes, gaps and inconsistencies.

Required profile

• Comfortable working with large, complex data sets and making decisions on merging, gap‑filling and inconsistency handling.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate business needs into technical specifications.
• Proven experience collaborating with cross‑functional teams to drive consensus and execution.
• Excellent communication skills for progress updates and conflict resolution.
