About the role
This full‑time remote position supports a growing US‑based company by accurately entering and maintaining business data. The role demands high attention to detail, consistency, and the ability to work independently in a fast‑paced, deadline‑driven environment.
Key responsibilities
- Enter and update data in internal systems, spreadsheets, or databases.
- Review and verify data for completeness, accuracy, and proper formatting.
- Maintain organized digital records for easy access.
- Communicate with team members to clarify unclear or missing information.
- Perform basic reconciliation of entries to ensure accuracy.
- Meet daily or weekly data‑entry targets and quality standards.
- Support additional administrative or clerical tasks as assigned.
Required profile
- 2+ years of experience in data entry, administrative support, or similar roles.
- High typing speed (ideally 50+ WPM) with excellent accuracy.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to handle repetitive tasks.
- Comfortable working partially or fully in U.S. time zones.
- Strong written and verbal English communication skills.

What we offer
- Independent contractor agreement paid twice monthly.
- Compensation ranging from $1,000 to $1,500 per month, based on experience.
