Data Engineer (Up to 80 LPA)

About the role

We are looking for a Data Engineer to design, build, and maintain scalable data pipelines for AI‑driven products. You will collaborate with backend, machine‑learning and product teams to ensure reliable data flow, high quality, and efficient processing.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain ETL/ELT pipelines using Python.
• Process and transform large datasets while ensuring data quality and integrity.
• Write complex SQL queries for data extraction and analysis.
• Design and manage data schemas, warehouses, and storage solutions.
• Collaborate with ML and backend teams to support analytics and AI use cases.
• Integrate multiple data sources and APIs into unified pipelines.
• Optimize data workflows for performance and scalability on cloud platforms.

Required profile

• 3+ years of experience as a Data Engineer or Software Engineer.
• Strong proficiency in Python (Rust is a plus).
• Excellent SQL skills and experience with large datasets.
• Understanding of data modeling, ETL processes, and data warehousing concepts.
• Hands‑on experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP or Azure.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced startup environment and take ownership of tasks.
