Data Engineer

About the role

We are seeking a motivated Data Engineer to join our growing team in Varanasi. The role focuses on building and maintaining scalable data pipelines on modern cloud platforms and delivering reliable datasets for analytics and business intelligence.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable ETL/ELT pipelines using dbt.
• Build and optimise data solutions on Google Cloud Platform, Microsoft Azure, and Amazon Web Services.
• Develop and maintain data models to support reporting and analytics.
• Write efficient SQL queries and optimise database performance.
• Ensure data quality, integrity, and reliability across data platforms.
• Collaborate with analysts, developers, and business stakeholders to understand data requirements.
• Monitor, troubleshoot, and improve production data pipelines.
• Follow best practices for testing, documentation, version control, and deployment.

Required profile

• 1–5 years of experience in data engineering or a related role.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and communication skills.
