Data Client Support Analyst

About the role

Addepar is a global data and AI platform serving investment professionals. The Data Client Support team ensures customers receive first‑class support and maximize the value of their data within Addepar. This position works on‑site three days a week in Pune and collaborates daily with clients, data providers, and internal teams.

Key responsibilities

• Address client inquiries related to portfolio data feeds and general data product functionalities within established SLAs.
• Manage and complete internal Data team requests that require client outreach or action to resolve data verification issues.
• Investigate reported bugs and data processing issues, triaging with Engineering and Product as needed.
• Partner with Account Managers, Solutions Architects, and GTM members to align on data‑related escalations and ensure positive client outcomes.
• Participate in cross‑organization projects to improve internal processes and support new product functionality or services.

Required profile

• 2+ years of experience in the financial investment/advisory industry with solid understanding of capital markets and portfolio accounting.
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills with strong attention to detail.
• Self‑motivated, team‑player mentality and passion for delivering client‑centric outcomes.
• Proactive in documenting processes and identifying workflow efficiencies.
• Willingness to work flexible hours.

Required skills

• Proficiency with MS Suite.
• Experience using Salesforce.
• Familiarity with Atlassian tools.
• SQL knowledge.
• Exposure to Bloomberg and Thomson Reuters platforms.
