Data Center Technician – Data Center Operations

About the role

Join Amazon Data Services India Private Limited (ADSIPL) as a Data Center Technician, supporting the operation of AWS global infrastructure in India. You will work in high‑density data centers, ensuring the reliability and performance of servers, storage, networking, power, and cooling equipment.

Key responsibilities

• Install and configure server racks and related hardware.
• Perform hardware break‑fix on servers, storage, and networking components.
• Troubleshoot network connectivity issues and resolve emergent operational incidents.
• Serve as the primary contact for internal teams (Network Engineers, Systems Engineers, Software Developers, Technical Operations) and external partners (hardware vendors, contractors).
• Manage and resolve trouble tickets within defined SLAs.
• Provide first‑line hardware troubleshooting and technical support.
• Participate in on‑call rotations and respond to data‑center emergencies.
