Data Center Operations Technician

About the role

Join Amazon Data Services India Private Limited as a Data Center Operations Technician and help keep the AWS cloud running smoothly. You will work in high‑density data centers across India, supporting the infrastructure that powers countless customer services.

Key responsibilities

• Install and configure server racks and related hardware.
• Perform hardware break‑fix on servers, storage, networking, power and cooling components.
• Troubleshoot network and hardware issues, responding to emergent situations that affect operational stability.
• Serve as the primary contact for internal teams (network engineers, systems engineers, developers) and external partners (hardware vendors, contractors).
• Manage and resolve trouble tickets within defined SLAs, acting as the first‑line touch point for technical problems.
• Participate in on‑call rotations and support data‑center operations 24/7.
