Data & Analytics Manager – Power BI & Azure

About the role

PwC’s Data and Analytics practice is looking for a Manager to lead the design and delivery of Business Intelligence solutions across PAN India. The role will focus on Power BI, Azure services and end‑to‑end data pipelines, helping clients turn data into actionable insights.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement data models and schemas to support reporting and analysis in Power BI.
• Create, maintain and enhance dashboards, reports and visualisations using Power BI.
• Develop and maintain ETL pipelines that extract data from multiple sources, transform it, and load it into data warehouses or other storage systems.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather data requirements and ensure data accuracy and integrity.
• Optimise ETL processes and data storage for performance and scalability.
• Provide technical support and troubleshoot issues related to ETL and Power BI solutions.

Required profile

• 4–7 years of relevant experience in Business Intelligence, data modelling or ETL development.
• BTech degree (or equivalent) in a technical discipline.
• Hands‑on experience with Power BI and Power Apps, Azure administration and integration with Azure cubes.
• Familiarity with MSBI tools such as SSIS and SSAS, and solid knowledge of SQL and database design.
• Exposure to Azure Data Factory, Azure Databricks, Python or Spark is considered a plus.
