About the role

We are looking for a Data Analytics professional to support our finance team in Bangalore. The role focuses on inventory valuation, financial reporting and driving process improvements through digital solutions.

Key responsibilities

Perform inventory valuation for IGAAP and IFRS reporting.
Coordinate audit requirements and ensure compliance.
Generate business performance reports and conduct key analysis for management reviews.
Initiate process standardisation and improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency.
Lead digitalisation and automation projects within the finance function.
Partner with stakeholders to support planning, forecasting and decision‑making.
Handle ad‑hoc tasks related to FP&A as needed.

Required profile

Semi‑qualified CA or CMA, or a postgraduate degree in Commerce or Business Administration.
Up to 5 years of experience, preferably in inventory control or finance‑controlling.

Required skills

Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
Experience with Microsoft Access and PowerPoint.
Hands‑on experience with SAP FICO module.
