Data Analyst

About the role

We are seeking a highly analytical and business‑oriented Data Analyst to turn complex data into actionable insights that drive growth across Airtel Finance’s lending products. You will work closely with cross‑functional teams to monitor performance, uncover opportunities, and support data‑driven decision making.

Key responsibilities

• Translate business problems into well‑defined data problems and design robust analytical solutions.
• Conduct exploratory data analysis, build predictive models, and apply advanced statistical techniques to uncover trends and forecast outcomes.
• Leverage AI agents, large language models, and modern analytics tools to automate recurring analyses and create scalable insight‑generation workflows.
• Partner with Growth, Product, Risk, Engineering, and Data Science teams to address high‑impact business challenges.
• Develop and maintain interactive dashboards and reports that track key performance indicators and provide ongoing performance insights.

Required profile

• 2–4 years of experience in Business Analytics, Growth Analytics, Product Analytics, or a related analytical role.
• Strong business acumen with the ability to translate data findings into actionable business recommendations.
• Excellent communication skills to convey complex insights to both technical and non‑technical audiences.
• Understanding of the lending industry, market dynamics, and related regulatory considerations.
