Data Analyst – 6‑Month Inclusive Program

About the role

Join Udaan, Myntra’s dedicated initiative for people with disabilities, as a Data Analyst for a six‑month paid program. You will work onsite in Bengaluru, collaborating with cross‑functional teams to turn retail data into actionable insights that drive business growth.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze consumer and retail data to identify market trends and track category performance.
• Conduct “white‑space” analysis by evaluating competitor gaps and customer search queries to uncover emerging product opportunities.
• Maintain stakeholder relationships across Marketing, Supply Chain, and Product teams.
• Support daily operations by ensuring optimal inventory levels, enhancing digital storefront displays, and onboarding new vendors.

Required profile

• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate complex datasets into clear business recommendations.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills for presenting insights to Category Managers and external partners.
• Proactive problem‑solver with high emotional intelligence, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple timelines in an ambiguous environment.
